Pacific Northwest Scare-iety Show, The Hallow Ian Horror Hour heads to streaming!

The Hallow Ian Horror Hour is a horror variety show hosted by dead media’s favorite undead, Hallow Ian, Sam and Scary Ghost. Combining traditional horror hosting formats with short films, music videos, interviews with horror creatives, and sketches, the program has made a home on Seattle Cable TV Channel 28 for the last three years.

As of late this October the show is now available on multiple streaming platforms including Tubi, Plex, and Roku!

The show is a home for independent short films that have finished their festival runs. A lot of great films win a bunch of awards at films festivals and then don’t have a home to be screened by a wider audience. The Hallow Ian Horror Hour has curated a sort of graveyard for your short films’ festival afterlife. Creating a place where multiple films are screened each episode and interspersed with the history of Halloween, original skits featuring a wide variety of ghosts and ghouls, and conversations with the film makers in a familiar interview format.

The program has had a home on SCCTV28 in Seattle since 2023, along with access on YouTube for those lacking cable. In 2024 they release a VHS Special with Lunchmeat VHS. In 2025 they began covering feature films like Demons 2 on Kings of Horror’s YouTube channel. They also host live shows at Crypticon Seattle and The Grand Cinema in Tacoma.

“The Hallow Ian Horror Hour won me over almost instantly. You can feel the passion for the genre in the air when tuning in. For me it’s a nonstop late-night horror show, the way it should be made.” – Pop Horror
