Made something unsettling? We’d love to see it.
LikeGala 2027, the new international film festival organised by LikeMedia — the company behind LikeHorror and LikeCine — is now public on FilmFreeway and accepting submissions.
Its first edition will take place on 21 April 2027 at Close-Up Film Centre in London, where a programme of selected films will be screened.
A Place for Horror Storytellers
Horror is an important part of LikeGala, with dedicated awards for Best Horror Feature, Best Horror Short and Best Horror Script.
Here at LikeHorror, we cover everything from major releases to independent discoveries. This festival gives us another way to connect with the people creating the genre’s next stories.
If you have a horror feature, a short that gets under the skin or a script waiting to become someone’s nightmare, take a look at the submission options.
LikeGala also offers broader categories for films, scripts and concepts, as well as microbudget work, AI projects and shorts under five minutes. Check the category descriptions to find the most suitable option for your submission.
