In Dark Hollow, an inhuman monster emerges from a deep coal mine. A young mother must hunt down this nightmarish creature. She takes on this dangerous mission to protect her home and save her family.
The movie features an ensemble cast. Actors June Shreiner, David Garelik, and J. Stephen Brantley star in the film alongside Brennon Weese, Ian Deighan, and Jonathan Spivey. Sean Michael Wilkinson, Sharon Murray, Harvey Roberts, Brian O’Neill, Annie Cook, and Radu Spinghel round out the cast.
Appalachia offers a classic horror setting. Isolated woods, deep caves, and old folklore make the region a favorite for scary movies. Dark Hollow joins other genre films like Wrong Turn and The Descent.
