New Psycho Killer Clip Teases Brutal Horror Ahead of February 20 Release

Horror fans have a fresh reason to circle February 20 on their calendars. A new clip from the upcoming slasher film Psycho Killer has dropped online, giving audiences an unfiltered look at the gritty violence and tension fans can expect when the movie hits theaters next week.

Directed by Gavin Polone and written by Andrew Kevin Walker, who co-wrote the landmark thriller Se7en, Psycho Killer marks Polone’s feature directorial debut and brings a fresh spin to the modern slasher genre. The story follows a dedicated police officer on the hunt for a brutal serial killer known as the “Satanic Slasher,” promising a mix of relentless suspense and stark brutality.

The clip underscores the film’s hard-R intensity and unflinching tone, aligning with its recent rating for strong bloody violence, graphic content, and adult themes. Alongside lead Georgina Campbell as the determined protagonist, the cast also includes James Preston Rogers as the masked killer, Malcolm McDowell in a supporting role, and additional key players like Logan Miller and Grace Dove.

Psycho Killer is produced by 20th Century Studios in the U.S. (with international involvement from Constantin Film), and its impending release next Friday, February 20, 2026, positions it as one of this month’s most anticipated horror premieres.

As both horror and thriller fans prepare for Valentine’s Day weekend, this new footage from Psycho Killer offers a stark contrast to the season’s typical romantic fare, a reminder that nothing says “love” quite like surviving a slasher on the loose.
