Scream 7 is now available to buy or rent on digital platforms as of March 31, 2026, marking the next stage in the film’s release following its theatrical run.
The digital release includes more than 40 minutes of bonus content, featuring deleted scenes, extended sequences, and multiple behind-the-scenes featurettes exploring the film’s production.
One of the standout extras focuses on one of Ghostface’s most gruesome kills, with director Kevin Williamson explaining how the scene evolved. Originally intended to be less graphic, the sequence was ultimately pushed further in tone, drawing inspiration from the style of franchise creator Wes Craven.
Additional features include a look at the recreation of the iconic Macher house, insights into Isabel May’s role as the next central character in the franchise, and an extended version of the “Twisting the Knife” music video by Ice Nine Kills and Mckenna Grace.
The film sees the return of Neve Campbell as Sidney Prescott, alongside both legacy characters and new additions to the cast, as a new Ghostface killer emerges.
Physical editions, including DVD and Blu-ray, are scheduled to release on June 16, 2026.
Following a strong box office run, Scream 7 continues to expand its presence through its home release, offering fans a deeper look at the latest installment in the long-running slasher franchise
